Hesperus Consulting identifies potential candidates in many ways. Advertisement on News papers, on the Web, personal referrals and Incentive schemes for existing candidates. Once the potential candidate is identified the candidate is interviewed.
Profiling Process
The candidate's CVs are tailored to high light suitability to the required skill set. The CV is expected to convey to the client why the candidate is expected to fit. This will avoid unnecessary time spent on either
